@girl beans - in my testing I've found it still works. Doesn't seem to need updating. What problems have you encountered? Did you try running the mod alone without other mods?

sorry im just stupid. i thought the game saved what mods were active when you turned it off, and it doesnt. there is no bug, the mod just was deactivated without me realising.

Hm, odd. Is it possible that the bazooka was added in a post-release patch? Even then, this mod modifies the .PATTERN files, and not specific weapons, so as long as the M1 and M9 are still a type of launcher it should be working. I'll try to look into it when I have time, but unfortunately this won't be the case for a while lol.

Alright then, in that case I may have discovered a bug. the M1A1 bazooka cannot be mounted to anything. I tried it with several things (mg-34 tripod, panther AA machine gun, Stuart AA machine gun, M3 half track MG mount) and it didn't work. The M9 bazooka has a similar issue, although the testing for that was less extensive.

Any chance you could give people options to put weapons in second/third mount slots as well?
EG: German 251s with MG on front and rear, but if you remove the rear one, you can't replace it with anything :(

It's a really minor edit, I think it's unwise to immediately call plagiarism if someone happens to do the same thing as you - there are no assets or code to steal, it's just a matter of changing a few lines.

Yes, I saw your mod and it didn't work for me (was probably a load order issue to be honest), so I gave a shot at doing it myself(to see if it's any different). Nothing was taken from your work - I don't do that. All I did was check that there's a "mountable" tag that decides whether a weapon can be put on vehicle MG slots, and I added that to the configs of other weapon classes.

@FriskyFritz No, this mod only expands the number of weapons mountable, and doesn't add any new mountable weapons. So no M2HB or DShK off it's mount. I also miss doing that from MoWAS 2, but if you had checked the comments you would've seen I already responded to this question :p

Due to this mod not having a thorough description, I must ask. Are weapons like the 50 cal and dshk able to be removed and placed into other veihicles? Or is this not possible?

I miss doing that from MoW, and was hoping that this mod allows me to do that.

How to make all guns detachable explained:
1: Get the vehicle's .def file.
2: Add the correct line to its inventory (f.e. {item "browning_m2" filled {user "mgun"}} )
3: Remove the weapon from the slot you want it gone from (in the example's case it's "place "mgun" "

Known issue: This mod can not work with the Long-range combat mod, these two can be loaded together. The problem is the range of the canons of long-range combat mod is not extended when the Long-range mod is loaded first, or your mod is not working when your mod is loaded first.
By the way, it is a great mod.

@Yulin-uav This mod expands vanilla functionality present in both this and previous men of war games so I thought an explanation wasn't necessary.
Some vehicles have the ability to have their weapons swapped, for example the T-27, Sd.Kfz 223, or tanks with roof-mounted LMG's (GoH has no mountable HMG's sadly)
To do this, open the inventory of a tank with an infantry unit(or another vehicle), and you'll see the mounted weapon being present and highlighted. If you e.g want to take an MG off a tank's roof, you just take it out of the tank's inventory. Now if you want to put it back on it's mount, you put it back in it's inventory, then open the inventory as the vehicle and double-click the weapon. This mod expands the list of weapons you can mount beyond rifles, AT rifles, and MG's, to basically any projectile weapon.
Some vehicles like the Sd.Kfz 251 have multiple mounted weapons, but doubleclicking will always replace the front weapon - you can't put the rear MG back on it's mount.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to make more weapons removable. This only works with existing ones.

And yes I also miss putting captured M2 .50's on other tanks.

It can break sometimes when used in conjunction with other mods. Can't do much about that, sorry. Try reshuffling your mod load order to see if you can get it to work.

Hey there, amazing mod, finally the true potential of the mounting system can be achieved! :D
I was testing it with my buddy and we found only one bug.T-27 can no longer be direct controlled, when its MG is unequipped. The MG is a bit bugged even in the inventory - it cannot be moved around. Not sure if this is a bug in vanilla as well though
