I have a bunch of other mods on so there could be something else causing this but it is a bit too much to shrug off as just that.
Is this a one-off for you, or are you planning on going back and fixing other civ mods that've broken down over time? There are some really good ones out there. If you are doing more, I'd put forward a vote for thecrazyscotman's Kingdom of Jerusalem and Leugi's Israel. Both were really cool civs, and I'm sad they can't be simply DL'ed and played anymore.
I am not familiar with RFormica's leader; however, I am fairly certain it will work with the fixed mod, since it worked with the original.
Similarly, does RFormica's Malachy Macmulrooney leader work with this version of the mod?
