I have very much an idea how to solve that.
Look at the very top of my mods description .
Hope you have fun.
any idea how to solve this?
Would love to make this more convienient, but the files are on a harddrive in a cave behind a dragon somewher, and I don't have teh time to teach myself modding again, so I'm afraid I don't see it happening...
Really would like to, but it's not feasible at the moment :/
I understand your questions as:
1, do you have any other mods that involve crafting?
And 2, Are you planning more?
To your first question, yes, all my mods, in fact, involve crafting in some aspect or other. They can be found here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198012464076/myworkshopfiles/
To your second question, no, I am not planning to make any more mods for skyrim at the moment.
You should be able to find them under Iron, but keep in mind that they can ONLY be forged at the Lunar Forge, and ONLY at night.
The texture pack you choose should not matter, if the steam version fits what you need, then knock yourself out.
The enchantment can be added at any table, that is true, but the weapons themselves can only be forged at the lunar forge at night. There you go. Lore.
I am aware this limit has been lifted, however I do not have the files nor software to re-upload this mod my current PC, nor do I have readily available the skills to do so any longer as I have not modded in a while.
@Storm_at_Sea
I am not looking to include more sets in this mod at the moment, and there are a few reasons for this. One is time. It took me 6 months on and off to make the many textures of this mod. Another is design. The iron scrollwork seen here came to me easily, but other weapons have designs that allow for little surface to work with. Furthermore, in vanilla the lunar weapons are only iron and steel; I used steel for my skyforge weapon mod, and therefore decided to use Iron for this one. The iron weapons in this mod are boosted, so as to compensate for the missing steel ones, but ultimately it is meant as a low-level thing, as in vanilla.
More weapons are not coming.
Maybe change glowing in more like moons? It will be diffrent form skyforge steel?
But anyway, we can take lunar enchantment apply to any weapon, its true that with be many of work if this enchantment was only avalible in lunar forge but it would be more lore firendly, you could use only gear III look (its not so much but cool looking though).
@Storm_at_Sea i know what you saying but skyforge weapons also are unique in steel (and only in steel even if its crap as hell)
No, granted that all the files I would need to do so are on another harddrive and it would require me to delete half the stuf on my computer to make room for the game in order to be able to test it. It's just not a posibility right now, and I do not know when it will be.
Here is an easy guide on how to find out where the camp is.

Have fun.

I am currently experiencing machine malfunctions and have had to send my computer off to repair. As soon as I get my main machine up and running once more, I expect to attempt updating this mod on the workshop. However, I cannot make any promises as to when that will happen.
Thank you all for your interest and initiative in alerting me of this change in the workshop policy, however. I appreciate it.
I am still not quite certain what would cause what you describe, but I am happy that you have figured it out.
Let me know naytime if there is anything else I can do.
I did manage to fix it after using the CC to spawn the lunar weapons in directly and then restarting to remove the lunar steel sword, however, so cheating saved the day
Which textures are you referring to as the "special weapon textures"?
As Falskaar is a very recognized and extensive project, I would be surprised if the creator(s) were able to get special permission.
I will look into this however, but I make no promises.
Does it?
I did not hear about that.
Do you, per chance, know what the new size limit is?
Thanks (:
I'm delighted that you like my mod (:
(Copying the texture the way you suggest would still require two new textures for every weapon in the game, and because the lines are so sharp, the textures would need to be very big. Furthermore, if somehow pulled off, you would stand with a mod that would conflickt with just about anything. The sheer size of the project is what makes it impossible, even if I somehow found the time to do every texture for every weapon...)
(Also, I like the idea of this for all enchantments... You could simply copy the textures of the glow onto all weapon types. But I don't texture or model... Just an idea.)
1. As stated int he description, the weapons are not meant to be more powerful than their vanilla counterparts. They are simply meant to look more unique.
2. I have tohught about it, and it has been discussed ont he Nexus mod-page (link in the description), but due to the shear scope of the project, it would be impossible for me to make a new texture for every weapon in the game and every enchantment in the game. I'd love to, but it is impossible.
3. Thank you dearly for respecting that I do not accept unanounced friend requests. You are always welcome to contact me on my mod-pages, and I will always do my best to respond swiftly.
The Lunar Forge is a feature of the game, this mod simply expands upon it.
Google is your friend...
It stated in the description, the texture pack is necessary due to file-size limitations on the workshop. If I could upload the mod in it's entirety to this site I would, but that would require the mod to have multiple .ESP files, and that would not go down well with the users, as there is a limit to how many you can have in your game at once.
The Texture pack is not uploaded on the Nexus out of malicious intent. The Workshop has an idiotic restriction; the Nexus doesn't.
It's that simple.
It says several times in the description.
If the texture pack did not absolutely have to be a manual download I can assure you that it wouldn't be [why in the world would I make my mod complicated to apply if it wasn't absolutely necessary?]. As stated in the very opening of the description, the texture pack is a product of the 100 Megabyte limit on files uploaded to the Steam Workshop.
Putting it onto the workshop as two mods would be unfavourable, as people are reaching the limit of mods in their game (255, I believe), and they're not going to download mods that for no reason count for more than one.
Take a deep breath and follow the guide. You should be just fine.
Thanks (:
Good luck!
