That's a good idea. If one of the leaders are militaristic/expansionist, or are currently at war, then they're competing for influence/allies, if not, then they could play along others.

This enriches the model in a good way. It should have been part of the release. But it's also good that we're able to mod.

Mmm yeah, may change it to be either positive or negative depending on leader's aggression or diplomacy values.

Pledged to protect the same City-States could also be seen as competition.
