@SwellingCrotch I haven't played the game in a while so I don't remember if seeing the body in the inventory display was a feature back when I played the game or not. It may be a missing feature.

her inventory display doesnt show her body, only the slots unlike the vanilla heroes. is that a bug?

@LockItUp Mods do not affect Achievements.

Does anyone know if using her/survivor mods disable achievements?

Yep, Bjørn is right. While I don't recall exactly what tool I used, I think that was it or at least a very similar tool.

Hey what program did you use to make the npc? I do a lot of face over and trying to do my own . I have put face on my character Mass Effect, Fallout 04 , Cyberpunk and alot more . I really want to mod this game however, I dont know what program you are using to do this.

veronica is quite OP but she always keeps her place in my team nevertheless.

Combines several characters in one, not really to overpowering, used her to replace Laara..I like this one

Well it's good to know she has traits like that as I know not to download this now. Personally, I would want survivors that are on par with the others in terms of power, they all have on average like 0 - 1 useful traits, 0 - 1 impactful negative traits, 0 - 2 interested / high skills. So far every character I've seen on the workshop is 2x - 10x better than any vanilla character because they're either min/maxed much better, have substantially more traits and skill points, or often both. It's unfortunate because it would be nice to have more survivors that fit in well with the rest of the game.

I don't remember stats exactly, but she makes all meals have max happiness bonus, has improved movement speed, plants and harvests with 4x speed, as some very handy traits. Also good physical skill and interested, so perfect miner as well. Medium combat. Always happy, I think.

I find her very useful and versatile.

I fell in love with Veronica. She's great. You have my appreciation, I'll take her in every game.

@KingKole sorry, I should have meant that it excluded her. She had 4 brothers, a sister and 2 parents.

She's become a fixed member of my starting crew for my last few games!

@Amaniwolf Yeah, sorry for that, I updated the character's profile pic. I deleted the other one so you have to start a new game to see it's profile picture again. Now it's good, I'll never change it again.
@[ITR] Cloe You don't do it manually. Enter the game and go to Mod Manager -> Mod Editor. From there it is hopefully intuitive enough, otherwise check online tutorials. If you have problems finding tutorials for Stranded Alien Dawn, check modding tutorials for Surviving Mars - the basics are the same.

This character is great, but the profile pic in game no longer shows. Is it glitched?

@Bluebawlz just a coincidence. I've never heard of that book. The picture was made on artbreeder by gene combinations. The link is down in the comments.

the art looks like a direct copy of a character art for Rhiannon from the book series Realm of monsters. almost exactly the same except for different color hair..

Updated the small pic. Unfortunately, in order to see the results you have to restart your map.

her portrait is smaller don't fit too well the default portraits. feels like the image has been compressed too much

Naked Troll, I use also artbreeder, but when they take alot screen i slide her small picture a little to one side and clear some of the background so there is least a small stroke to see the happiness meter, just with the star trek mod i didn't, to much colors in background, would take to long to make that go away.

Yeah, there is an issue with the picture.

If I don't "press" it, the mood from the background will not be visible because of her hair.

Nice survivor, she is very balanced, not to powerful but neither to weak, love your creation

I do think there is a lack of a second "Emelin" (cooking) and Quinn (expeditions) ,no real options if you want to go that way, so will deff try her out on my next insane run.

I wouldnt say insanely OP, think its a great backstory and pictures etc. feels like an original and not a mod. The happiness bonuses are not game winning in anyway, but problably should have given her something like combat indifferent start low, and wont do say healing or something like that.

I like the balance of farming and cooking. I agree it is a combo that makes sense. Bit OP yah, but I can live with it :) One note: her picture (at the top of the screen in game) is a bit distorted. It is squished as though the image was too wide for the slot in game. Check the horizontal pixel count?

Hey, thank you for the feedback! Yes, she is a little OP, though I wouldn't consider her insanely OP.

In Rimworld just as in Stranded Alien Dawn I like to have a person dedicated to the whole food process: growing crops and cooking them. The physical trait is higher in order for her to also be useful earlier in the game, before people start growing crops, when they collect stuff.

Well would say she is OP if being totally honest. Try to compare with Laara who is already on the edge of OP, its basically a Laara with better starting starting skills, interest in 3 areas, with emelin bonuses on cooking and increased happiness. Would for sure be a starter on any team :-)
