the quest got abandoned for Heinrich von Torlichhelm, the beastmen tribes were defeated too quick for me to finish the quest. how do i unlock him now?

Tomas Bacham is still recruitable. The required building part is empty, but Sigmar's Heirs temples still count for getting him, so that works fine. Not sure how to tag or if there's tagging, @Duke Jorgas

helborg would be considered. if not, ill make my own version of him, but it might be a downgrade visually compared to what SH has. we'll see

and that specific reason is that im busy with other mods and i dont feel like making it rn. but yes, he is planned

I second a Kurt Helborg submod/addition. Would really love to have him and Schwartzhelm (probably outside the bounds of this mod) without having the huge overhaul and expansion that comes with them.

I believe there is a conflict between this mod and Sigmar's Heirs. Tomas Bacham of the Knights Griffon cannot be recruited, the quest requirements have you build a Blank building. As in there is no building on the "Construct the following buildings".

I've had a similar issue with Heinrich von Torlichhelm. The Cloven One's keep getting wiped out in my campaigns before I can get a hold of them, saw Frozen_Flame brought it up a few days ago, just wanted to see if you had a fix?

Ive contemplated making a submod for their Helborg, but I’ll ask Xoudad first. Youd probably still need to sub to their assets pack, but that doesnt affect gameplay

I just encountered the same Siegfried Trappenfeld duplicate situation that someone mentionned 6 weeks ago: already recruited by Talabecland, yet present in Karl Franz recrutment pool.

Really? In my campaigns, khazrak/festus run rampant over middenland all the time, so i almost never have problems with the quest. Granted, i dont run a heavily modded game. Maybe i could find a failsafe

While fitting, is there much of a chance that Heinrich von Torlichhelm could be shifted?

The issue with it, is that if the beastmen are wiped out from the map at any moment, it automatically cancels, making it impossible to recruit him at all; something that due to the beastmen being as they are can just randomly happen even very early on through the campaign (especially if there are modded factions added, like with Cataph's Southern Realms for example).

Or could it maybe be changed to not cancel if the beastmen are destroyed, giving more of a chance to succeed at it through the campaign?

I just had Tomas Bacham lose his monuts. first the dempigryph then a couple of turns later the horse. I have never expreienced this before. A popup just says that he lost his mount and now i cant change mount back. Thanks for a great mod anyways!

Always enjoyed this mod. Just wanted to say though, in my playthrough there are two Siegfried Trappenfeld. One was recruited by Talabecland and I got that one when I confederated as Karl Franz and then there was another Siegfried Trappenfeld available in the recruitment pool.

Hey man glad ur having fun. As of the latest update, you dont need to find where they can be recruited, as you now have to complete the quests given at turn 1 to recruit them

Hi Graetor! Thank you so much for the hours of fun you provide. Would you mind updating the guide? I think it's a bit old and some things work differently. I play old world and I often struggle to figure out where I find that templar order, missions, grand master etc.

Thanks for the report, should be fixed now. Also, you are now required to do the quests to recruit the characters whether or not the Knightly Orders mod is installed, as to not confuse some people when no quests pop up

hey, i'm receiving the missions for the grandmasters even though i have the knighly orders mod on, along with that i'm pretty sure every other empire faction is getting them, since I saw stirland with Lord Voss and Middenland with Heinrich even though i still had the missions active. I even completed it Voss mission by declaring war on Sylvania and the game gave me a second Lord Voss.
