Stryker technically its not an "empty" mod as technically it just has the mod file that claims, also other mods have done the same only difference was unlike them this one got front page for a bit of time after it first got posted and also most mods that do this have a "phase 1" update that comes a month or less after they post the empty mod (plus i know some modders also prepost their mod but normally keep them hidden which is why technically some games claim to have greater mod ammount then workshop claims due to this)

How is an empty mod even allowed on the workshop, wtf
