I am afraid no new games/machines will come, as I don't do graphics. I paid someone to do the slot machine graphics of the funds gathered with ko-fi. But those days are passed. Last 2 years nobody (of the 114.400 subscribes) donated. I spend a lot of my free time on my mods, but not planning to spend money on them :)

Any chance we can get a blackjack table? I want to put it next to the yayo vending machine.

@Showny Yes, my colonists use them all the time. Zones are all set up correctly and I've tried multiple different things to attract them but they just don't care about any of the slot machine except the first ($546) and second ($68) machines. This is also five years in now so who knows.

@homeworld are your colonists able to access and use the slots? I cant click them to use the slots for example

My guests for the most part ignore my casino. They only play the machine closest to the door and I've had maybe $300 in three years of earnings total among 7 slot machines, a roulette and poker table.

This mod isn't working at all for me. Even my colonists are ignoring the slots, poker tables, and roulette tables. I have all required mods, and this is the only one that doesn't seem to work. Is anyone else getting the same problems?

@BlueRaven307 the amount of silver is determined by the Hospitality base mod. It mainly depends on the goodwill with the faction. This mod is supposed to be a small passive income together with a bit of roleplaying fun.

Anyone know why my visitors come with only like 30 silver? Makes it kinda hard to make my casino profitable.

Does it make sense for the house to make money on a guest at a poker table without a colonist playing to? Unless I suppose if you mean "pay for the right to gamble here".

Okay it seems to be working now. Visitors play occasionally but ive only made lifetime earnings of $63 but atleast it does work. Thanks OP, I hope one day you expand this to table games like blackjack, roulette, craps, pokers etc. as well as more slots. love this mod

Fixed my slot and poker issue by uninstalling the spaceport mod

What I did, started a quick dev game with only 2 mods: hospitality and this one. I put a slot machine up and a solar panel next to it. I call a visitor event from the dev menu. Visitors come, and they start playing on the machine. Got 50+ silver in no time...
So there must be a conflict or balancing issue with something else in your game, because standalone it seems to all work.

might depend on the amount of silver they have in their pockets. I think they needed about 10x the stake of the slot machine, so 20,40 or 60 silver before they even consider to play. So you need some goodwill with the visiting faction before they decide to drop all their silver at your colony. But I haven't done any playtesting with this mod for while, I will give it a look soon.

Almost no one plays. I put visitors in a room with only slot machines, and only about one out of 20 people played. Why?

@Arnj Joe do you see errors in the logs (when enabling dev mode)? It sounds like a incompatibility with another mod, there was a similar report of this a while ago, but I can not reproduce it, simply because I do not know which mod is conflicting.

Nobody plays my slots, roulette, or poker. I've had them set up for a few years now and they all show $0 lifetime profit. I've seen my colonists play poker solo on very rare occasion but never guests.
Any advice?

You should add rigging the machines possible or the table games, it'd be cool if you could but couldnt go too far with the rigging or else they'll catch on and lower reputation

Yes, that is hospitality and I guess 1.5 compatibility of hospitality will be ready after 1.5 is officially released, cause it is also depending on other stuff, like multiplayer, hugslib

1.5 doesnt seem to work :( cant click to turn into guest bed so cant get guests to casino. Is this the main hospitality mod causing the issue?

Man, how is faro table from VFE - Settlers has not been patched yet? Faro was THE gambling game.

@CYKA_BLAYT2077 I created an update and removed the 10x requirement. Instead it is a bit more random including certain traits that would just gamble all their money away, but overall guests should now use slot machines more often.
