NO LO PUEDO CREER!!! RECREASTE EL PALACIO DE LAS AGUAS CORRIENTES DE BUENOS AIRES!!!. Hiciste que se me piantara un lagrimon. 7 años de mi vida trabajando en ese edificio, haciendo mantenimiento edilicio...cuantos recuerdos. Trabajo en Aysa y desde hace 2 años que me transfirieron a otra planta, no hay un dia en el que no piense en el palacio. La verdad, te llevas mis felicitaciones!.

@Mons, che hermano, me vuelvo a intentar comunicar con vos por varios elementos de valor histórico que te puede interesar bastante, más porque tengo distintas ideas y obras importantes en mente ya que recorro la ciudad MUY amenudo. Si querés, puedo ser de gran ayuda para darte cierta información, imágenes, elementos, etc de lo que necesites.
Principalmente porque, te olvidaste que las bombas de extracción de agua del palacio de Obras Sanitarias están en frente al Aeroparque Jorge Newbery, teniendo una peculiar forma cuasi-piramidal sobre el Río de la Plata.

Hello. I found that the reason is dependency item 'Hedges'. Usually assets are work without props, but this asset seems doesn't appear without the 'Hedges'. Thank you for caring my problem.

Are you getting any warning during the loading of the city? I am sorry, but I don't know what to check... on my PC I see it both among the water facilities and using the find it tool... I did not use any mod for doing the asset, and it should not have any dependency other than the listed props and trees. The asset has necessarily a sub-building because of its dimensions, but it should not give problems: both building and sub-building are water tanks.

I searched with 'Obras sanitarias' by find it but it didn't appear. Maybe something wrong...

@Muska: the building is a water tank. you can use the find it tool searching for "Obras sanitarias". I updated the description of the asset. Thanks for the remark.
