if you can't raise the cap then the mod should be called "lowerer"

unfortunately you need a LOT of hacking to increase the limit because there's a good amount of fixed-size arrays in the game's code; i'm not saying it won't happen, but it'll take some doing

Make it so you can increase the number of projectlys to be higher so i can use a fishing rod with 20000 lures and get unlimited power
