It's because simple sidearms doesn't get along well with rimfantasy

Hey, why not use Simple Sidearms instead of pocket sands? I never used pocket sand but as I understand it would be very troublesome to ask a pawn to equip a melee weapon before each fight, which they will drop as soon as the hauling task comes up :/

Config files are optional guys it's been a while since I uploaded them. You don't need them you can just set your own mod options. The list itself should work fine but modders are updating to 1.5 now so some mods might have changes introduced in the next little while

Thanks! I think my game didn't like your config files so I just set up my own preferences, now it works fine. But yeah, waiting is a good tip, there were times when I was worried it would crash again and all it took was a few minutes more.

I just wait and keep the focus on the Rimworld window. If I tab out and do other stuff Windows tells me Rimworld has stopped responding. If I tell it to wait anyway it will load in a couple of minutes.

Stuck at resolving defs (slate defs), then crashes. Does anybody know if it could potentially be just a matter of insufficient RAM? Never ran into this problem before but it is the first time I went over 200 mods.

I get the same hangup on one of the loading defs. After 3 minutes it did finally load. Thought it was broken at first.

Hi :) Thanks for the pack. I have a small issue where I cant get pass the "loading" screen where its loading all the data. I am stuck at "Resolving defs" and after a while it crashes. Did you had the same iissue? Thanks

Also, there were quite a few Inactive mods after dropping your files into the Config. do I just throw them in at the bottom of the list?

Yea medieval overhaul puts those death stingers on the map and they are super aggressive at the start. It's a known issue. I usually just kill them all off right away

Hi! Cool mod collection bro. But ran into a problem: already starting the game twice, at the very beginning I am attacked by deathstingers on the map (2-4 days from arrival). No event, medium difficulty. what could be the problem? Everything would be fine if they attacked one at a time, or if they were not so strong against melee weapons :(

Ok I see the issue. I switched the medieval quest rewards mod for the medieval Fantasy quest rewards and I forgot to remove the old retexture

The last one says the missing dependency is "Medieval Quest Rewards"

The fecal sludge one is normal. RimPy may still be saying you need deep storage for medieval overhaul, which you don't anymore. The other I'm not sure, what dependancy is it saying you are missing?

Is it fine that RimPy says there are missing dependencies? I got the yellow warning at "Medieval Quest Rewards Retextured", "Dubs bad hygiene - fecal sludge retexture" and "medieval overhaul"

Hmm my guys do have quite a bit of sanguine stuff equipped

Stinky there are mods that require all of the dlc in this list but if you take those out it will likely be fine

The error about cant finish off pawns depends on the sword, in my case, a sword from the mod called house sanguinum, its just that, if u use any other sword, its works fine.

Im having a problem where the colonist cant finish off animals, or people, the just keep doing it without damage, someon else having the same bug?

yes I got it to work. I basically just had to start over and do it. Now I'm running into the problem where it doesnt stop post medieval technology and stuff. Is there another mod that I should try with this pack to get that stuff from spawning and letting me use it?

for all the weapons I keep getting an error that they need a castor to work?
