The vehicle doesn't want to speed up and won't gear up whatsoever, is there something I should know about that I have to do to get it to work? It doesn't really want to go fast at all.

actually the heater would be pretty important in a desert because at night the temperature can plummet very quickly to below freezing.

I'm having the same problem bob is having, it's stuck in first gear and can only crawl, I have inf fuel and elec off, and I even respawned it but nothing changes. Any idea what's happening?
