@SatNav by default non of the AI should spawn with the faces, however some modded factions might allow AI to have any face then it might show.

Is there any way to stop it spawning on AI?

If the option is not showing up make sure Fish Camo is updated since I added a small function in that that allows for extension. And steam is quite slow with pushing updates so in the launcher open the camo mod (main one) click on the 3 dots and hit "repair" to force update
