@Ark_gamer12 Two any Iron Bars and a piece of Silk at Heavy Workbench. Silk and Iron Bars are general ingredients in this mod. Or you can just check the recipe lookup mod.

Yeah, results were good. In singleplayer the shroom voodoo doll summoned the wall of flesh instantly without requiring any shrooms in the inventory while in multiplayer the shroom doll only played the summoning audio without actually summoning the WoF, confirming that the issue is indeed a multiplayer bug.

Yeah, could be multiplayer because I was playing with a friend. I will connect now and see if it works in singleplayer.

@Yokisan I don't really know much about the bugs since I haven't been away from this for quite a while... It might be a multiplayer bug - I remember that there were bugs in multiplayer but i'm not sure. There might be a fix in the future but not likely in recently.

I have shrooms in my inventory as well, both types and all the doll does is make the summoning sounds but no wall of flesh.
