@Titan They don't really have monarchy. Their hierarchy is primitive and is built around strength, so the fittest get all and the weakest get eaten. That's partially justified by their genetics as they are bad at pretty much everything except war, so their only way to go is to take from others. But the main reason is natural selection in labs they were created at. Military needed a new kind of forces in hot climate and so only the strongest had their genes extracted and passed to others.

So lore wise, do these things run under a monarchy? For instance, do the drags have a king, or perhaps a queen?

@Sera thanks for pointing out, but it was my decision to leave hemoglobin) It is to make the race more balanced. And I have my private version of the mod that provides faster and more effective firespew as well as free and longer jumps, so I knew what I was doing) But in any case, thanks for your reply!

No, they won't. All the vampire stuff is tied to specific genes (like deathrest and blood drinking) which this race doesn't have.
