These are very well done! I've seen the real ones my whole life. The New Haven (New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad) put this catenary system in place around 1908 or 1910. The system ran at 11 KV at 25 Hz. The plan was to expand the system all over including up to Boston on what is today the Shoreline Route of the Northeast Corridor. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and the wires weren't expanded until 1996 when the whole NEC was electrified.

This system is quite unique in many ways and is considered a historic.
