Awesome mod, it is really hard to mod but there is just one problem that I have. The hand cannon that guts possesses is exactly that a cannon and should work as such. My idea is that you would make an explosive effect and aoe dmg when projectile hits the surface.

And I do know that for it to be like that then you would have to make a seperate ammunition and you should. The cannon is pretty much useless I in my runs never even use it since the crossbow is that op.

I thankfully had access to the mod's source code, so porting was fairly straightforward. Just going through and adding in the new stuff added in Warband to the old source.

I have used the guide linked before, and didn't have that issue.

If it was happening to a specific troop I would think it might be an issue with an item the troop has, like the mesh is incorrectly named or something similar. If it's happening to all troops it could be a skeleton or animation issue, the tableau used on that menu, or a great deal of other things.

hey there. great job with the port! i remember playing this mod on the original mount and blade. I've actually been trying to port another mod to warband myself. I followed this rough guide on taleworlds forum, though I do have an issue where the mod crashes as soon as i click on a troop in the party menu. Did you have a similar issue when porting this mod, if so, howd u get past it.

Hey Blackdevil! Great question, lol, I haven't tried it.

There are no custom shaders so it should work 1:1 on the Linux version, and if it boots the Window version then it should be fine.

The upcoming version isn't controller compatible at the moment, but I'll try to include some mapping options to help mitigate that.

If you speed through the story, some things may temporarily derail, Midland needs to be totally defeated before Falconia can appear. You will know when they appear when Wyndham changes to Falconia. There is a bug in the current steam version where Falconia and Griffith will appear as Commoners, his Faction still exists and will still own land and begin targeting Kushan lands.

If you are able, you can send me your save and I can patch it and throw it back to you later this evening.

Just the broad, "Kill Griffith". Starting a Kingdom at this point will now draw half a dozen or so powerful companions to you, to hopefully give your a leg up on defeating Falconia.

I appreciate the interest in bringing the project to a more modern platform, and as much as it does pain me to admit as a modder of Mount&Blade since 2009, Bannerlord is not for me. I purchased it on Day One of Early Access, and uninstalled Week One of the Official Release. I will not be modding on Bannerlord.

Klickmsn no offense but Bannerlord is overrated garbonzo. There are some changes I like but most are just utter garbage and I just can't enjoy the game, I always sat down to play Warband after a long day to relax but Bannerlord is just so tryhard.

No real special events. As you mentioned, there are rewards for reaching specific ranks within each of the factions. Outside of that, I honestly haven't touched the code for the CAC much so nothing else is coming to mind.

Hello, i an enjoying the mod a lot but i have a question, when i play with my created character on the open world, are there any special events? Midland fell pretty fast. I got a reward from the king of Tudor for doing a lot of stuff for them and i am planning to leave the faction and join the other ones for their rewards but is there anything else special outside of the vanilla? I am planning to start my kingdom but that will be after that. I also encountered guts on the open world but there was nothing to say. I have almost 3k of renown if that matters.

I just beat that fight with casca, is tough but if you manage to move your soldiers to distract the crossbow guys while you get rid of the infantry and as many crossbowmen as you can, you can do it, although it might require you to stand behind a three at the end killing the guys you could not handle while your troops disctracted your enemies one by one.

The mod adapts the story chronologically and follows the Golden Age fairly closely, but then understandably simplifies the story from there. It glosses over the next three (chronological) Arcs by making them single quests. Black Swordsman is represented by the Struggler quest, Conviction by the Capture Farnese quest and Millennium Falcon is the series of quick battles after finishing Struggler and finally finishing Heal Casca. Volume 32 seems to be the end of what was closely adapted.

Millennium Falcon ended after the mod was originally developed so the original author extrapolated how it would play out.

For Volume 9, you can play up until you need to turn in the quest Capture Doldrey. So long as you do not do that, you will not have any spoilers. After the Golden Age it's more of a rough outline so I wouldn't consider playing the rest to be spoilers since most of the important stuff is glossed over.

A very cool mod, I really liked it, but due to the constant bugs, the clumsiness of Mount and Blade itself, the passage of the mod is very difficult or ceases to be possible at all, but I hope the author will fix all the mistakes and continue to support the mod!

Thank you so much for this wonderful mod and your hard work! I was very excited to become Guts and kill enemies. I have spent about 30 hours in the last two weeks and I still really enjoy playing this mod. Moreover, I have developed an interest in the original game с:

In that version, to keep it in line with the original mod, it is disabled on horseback. I couldn't see a good reason to keep it disabled, so future releases will have it usable on horseback. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There's nothing preventing guns from appearing in his game. Their odds are just as good as any weapon, it's just a bit of luck I suppose.

I got to the point where I was to face the blue whale knights. I evaded them and I think they got killed off. Is this possible?
