How were you able to get a 4k version of this 1080p video?

Also you can add music, you have to first put an image the size you want when creating a new wallpaper (I just use a black image in 1440p or whatever), afterwards, add the video and audio you want and delete the original image from the assets sidebar.

I dl the video, but it doesnt look good.
