Thank you for the explanation and especially the video. It does not seem to be linked to Numbers per se, but to the number of columns - the more the worse it gets. I'll dig into it a bit.

I suppose I could move the column that I want to resize over to the left, resize it, and then move it back to the right as a workaround.

It works ok for the first few columns from the left, but the further right I go, I can no longer grab the edge of the column, and instead it either sorts by that column, or moves its position in the ordering.

It works perfectly fine with Numbers for me.
@VitaKaninen & @ec#2718, could you expand on what the problem is for you?

Any chance to have this also work on the Numbers Tab?

That is actually one of the first mod projects I started on, but I never managed to make it work in a satisfying manner. I may pick it up again not that there is interest for it.
Were you thinking to have 2 windows side by side?

Interesting! This mod would be priceless if allowed to resize and move the windows (at least some of them)).
