Hello. I don't think this wallpaper has a JPG or PNG version. I mean, there might be, but not anywhere I've seen.

I did not animate this, I simply took the file from the VALORANT game folder and cut and looped this part, so sadly I have no idea where you might find a still version. However, you can attempt to just screenshot it and use that (may not be the best quality) or I believe there is a Wallpaper Engine app for the phone.
