tried loading with just this mod, the only thing that changes is the menu screen and thats it. IDK whats wrong but nothing from this mod works for me

can't get this mod to activate in my current game nothing has changed and it doesn't say it loads on startup. Is there a specific order i need it to be in?

Don't mean to be demanding just wondering, would you ever make a mod that only changes the faction colors? Theres some cool troop tree overhauls that unfortunately lack the wonderful color changes you made

please for the love of god if you are gonna create hundreds of variants, please make them look good, I might be salty because for a couple hours now I have been changing every variant to look somewhat good, every troop is WAY too random, i downloaded the mod for the bandits, it would be VERY nice if the bandits were their own mod, the Bandits feel very good.

I played this mod for 2 playthroughs. It has some strengths, but really feels like vanilla plus randomness. The troop choice is more varied, but makes less sense because you'll see nobles with peasant cloth gear and vikings in desert gear. It's too random. It feels like changes for the sake of changes. Compare this to the Culture police mod, which has set design goals to achieve the desired changes. That vision really shines compared to this, which feels too random and takes away from the experience.

Personal rant, Aserai has such poor troop choices, 4 horse troops from the non-noble troop line is awful for immersion.

i dunno why but i think you make aserai way to weak on vanila they have mameluke with large shield and spear which make them good for shieldwall, and another faction especially empire too OP with praetorian cavalry

sturgians are too much op especially their infantry, and their arches/cavalry also good

Mod is great, but is Sturgia a bit overpowered? They have more elite archers, cavalry and infantry than Empire - their elite tier archers being so strong is kinda weird

I came here to give some feedback. I love the mod but the faction colors makes it difficult to tell factions apart. especially when playing with custom kingdoms or mods like new game+.
on my current map I got 12 kingdoms, but the colors make it look like I only have vanilla kingdoms. it makes it very hard to keep track
