can u make it a tool so u can jump out a plane then go onto the item and click a key so deploys?

this is my new fav mod only problem is sometimes the life pods dont go off i was thinking like a ground sensor or timed deploy something to make it work better as you have to have an item like pys gun omni cutter or my fav titanium gauntlets
