The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where "feed" and "seed" both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Feeduck and Seeduck".

The mod should still work fine, in fact all that would need to be done I assume is to change the version tag, which can be done extremely easy if you have RimPy or the sorts!
I admit that I could have just done that myself, but I kinda forgot I even made this mod, thank you for reminding me!
Technicly speaking, the mod is just two floors, which means it should be usable regardless of version!

Such a nice mod, I hope the author will eventually update it.

@PremierVader, one of the Vanilla Expanded mods, I wanna say Vanilla Factions Expanded: Insectoids, adds a mushroom that acts like a grow lamp for a few quadrums after a fairly long growth period.

If I remember correctly tho there were ones that make solar pinholes strong enough to grow crops, aswell as dub's skylights.
