I'm showing a modded pawn with trade price improvement of 49.31% carries over to the trade screen correctly.
Seems to be working with VE trading prices as well
I'll think about that, but no promises right now.
i have a lot of mods tho and some that surely alter trader behavior (iirc Trading options, bargain tweaks and others that add more trader types)

Not quite. "The Price Is Right" by Uuugggg can allow sale price to exceed buy price (depending on settings), but it doesn't uncap trade price improvement.
Yes, "UnCap TradePriceImprovement" is safe to add/remove mid-save as it doesn't store any state.
