It claims the file size, posted time, and updated time somewhere in the page so perhaps you can check it but I might be in a different timezone than you so it is January 10th at 7:18pm to me

Was this map updated recently? Whenever I try to load it, the loading screen freezes at the 90% mark, forcing me to use the task manager to close Gmod.

@Web_Artur Black stripes on the ground? I don't know what you're talking about, since I haven't had any black stripes that are the map's problem, unless you are talking about the MSAA artifacts.

Hello, to finally get rid of the black stripes on the ground, you need to do a full compilation.

Hey if your map sky turns black at a high altitude when you look up, it means your 3d skybox is smaller (by 1/16th scale) than your map skybox. At that altitude, the skycamera thinks you are clipping through the ceiling, so all you need to do is increase the vertical size of the 3d skybox.

@Reyalan I don't want to do that since the detail textures on the grass and any stuff on the map would give it away. It would be better if a separate version of the map was made using Gravity Hull Designator, which I probably won't do.

@mrswormsweat Actually, it does exist on NVIDIA cards. It just has to be enabled through NVIDIA Profile Inspector. I had thought about building them with SSAA, so I can try that today and hopefully release an update.
The reason why I compiled with a lightmap scale of 16 is so dynamic lights don't look super blobby and keep a decent resolution. I wanted it to be 16 in the skybox too in case anyone wants to have dynamic lights in the 3D skybox. Source dynamic lights are garbage and depend on the lightmap resolution, but many addons use them. This is an issue that you can notice on gm_flatgrass in areas away from the spawn platform.

Had you thought of trying to use SSAA to build a cubemap since I did not try it but I used AMD Radeon: Adrenalin Edition to have a game use SSAA and that works on Garry's Mod but at a giant cost of FPS compared to MSAA which is meaningless for the purpose of taking cubemaps? The problem is the feature only exists on AMD graphics cards. You can likely use VSR, DSR, or something similar applied to a 4K display to upscale the virtual resolution to 8K to take 1024x1024 cubemaps but I did not test if it works. AMD claimed on their site VSR is a form of SSAA but if it goes on top of SSAA then it is 4x resolution times 8x SSAA to get 32x SSAA in total! Had you try to see what happens if you compile a map with a lightmap scale of 32767 on all over the floor since the lighting looks to be the same on all the ground and I saw the wireframe screenshot, which the VBSP compiling tool will subdivide brushes to 31x31 or less lightmaps since the engine for some reason cannot handle anymore than that?
