I used Hammer++ and it took me 16 minutes to compile.

The reason why I compiled with a lightmap scale of 16 is so dynamic lights don't look super blobby and keep a decent resolution. I wanted it to be 16 in the skybox too in case anyone wants to have dynamic lights in the 3D skybox. Source dynamic lights are garbage and depend on the lightmap resolution, but many addons use them. This is an issue that you can notice on gm_flatgrass in areas away from the spawn platform.
