Well seen the reinforcements issue. As they always come running, a possible solution would be to adjust the run fatigue so if they have to cross the map they reach combat active or winded but not very tired or exhausted, and compensate by increasing the fatigue during the melee combat. Also, I'm going to release a submod to bring back the original battlefields size, currently they are 50% bigger, so it could help in this regard. In any case I'll try to fine tune it to minimize this handicap.

This works well in a straight fight between two armies, makes garrison siege defences harder also. Slower xp gain makes champions important now as well.

If you're fighting 2 stacks, the ai normally exhausts the 2nd one rushing them to the fight so 2v1 battles end up being a lot easier than they would be normally. This is on VH/VH fighting decent Carthaginian & Macedonian troops mid game.

I'm guessing nothing can be done about suicidal aggressive armies not waiting for reinforcements as thats traditional for TW, maybe keep the morale and xp changes but tweak the fatigue?
