Ignore me if someone mentioned this already, the mod seems to grey-out/disable the new traffic/subventions added in the recent DLC. Tested with only this mod enabled.

I'm doing more testing, it's not this mod or the L&A. I do think there are tweaks in this mod and the other that are due for 1.9.X changes, but they're not the ones breaking my game. Thought they were, but then the thing kept happening. I'm doing a binary search, got it down to four candidates.

There's an issue with this mod in 1.9.X. I'm playing as France and the admin buildings in Paris periodically empty out and then fill up again with this mod active. This is also happening with Law & Authority active. Turn the mods off, and I don't get this cyclical behavior.

@yc2233 I do mind, actually. It is good practice to ask first. You barely changed things and if I may comment, your additions are very overpowered.

Please remove my decrees, my thumbnail and change your mod's name so it isn't the same as mine.

@TurtleShroom Because I change every decree or add ones that make vanilla ones redundant. It also means I don't need to overwrite other vanilla content that uses vanilla decrees as triggers to instead pick up my decrees. And no other mod should really be overwriting the decrees unless it is doing the exact same thing as this mod, in which i'd say you should pick one you prefer and load that one last.

@Taylor Thank you, indeed the issue was I was on racial segregation.

Additionally I confirm the issue that Masato flagged, that the decree is only visible in when you right click a state.
Is there also any chance to make them all visible but have the non-available one's greyed out with the requirements listed?

Hi, I don't seem to see the encourage "violent hostility" decree anymore even when nationalism is researched. Has it been removed or what are the triggers to see it? Thanks!

Ever since the new update with the same mods that do not effect decrees in any way, and with no change in load order this mod no longer does anything the vanilla decrees are still there but nothing is changed.

as in you dont see the decrees?
two possibilities: you dont have it included and enabled in a playlist that you have active and load in to. Or you have some other mod loaded after this one that also overwrites the decree file

It occured to me that emergency relief requiring harvest conditions was useful because you could set them when particularly relevant, and it would automatically remove itself when the harvest condition is removed.

Would people want this functionality back? Would probably reintroduce the 5% MAPI if so

@Muad'dib the "mortality in non-homeland states" only increases the mortality of pops not matching the homeland. So in an Algerian homeland, it won't target Algerians.

On a side comment, I'm not sure if it also targets your primary culture if they aren't in their homeland, if it does, just an unfortunate consequence of how the modifier works.

Playing France, the "encourage violent hostility" decree doesn't change anything in my algerian territories, natives pop is still incresing and their mortality is exactly the same with or without the decree

Updated to 1.8! Adjusted some values, reworked "culture conversion" to "encourage violent hostility". See change notes for more details.

P.S. Decrees now have functionality to be hidden to countries, enabling unique decrees with specific flavor. If you have any ideas/requests, leave a comment in the discussion threads :)

colony growth generation from penal colony decree doesn't increase colonization speed for me but other modifiers work. Is it only me or what?
