They will both hit Jane but deal no damage since Jane has PvP off.
I'm not sure if there's a penetrating shot kinda thing, but that should still work on the players that have PvP enabled.

Bob, Joe and Jane are having a stand off.

Bob is on the left, Jane in the middle, Joe on the right.

Bob and Joe enable their PvP, Jane has it off.

So if Bob and Joe Aim and fire, they will target and shoot each other, and not Jane.

Is this correct?

Got it! I was able to toggle it inside safehouse and outside aswell. Is this expected?

It currently uses the default safety system so you have to click the skull on the left side to toggle pvp/pve.

I would love if there was an option to choose pve/pvp during character creation which would lock it in for that character's play-through. The ability to toggle it on/off sounds nice but doesn't seem to work well in practice.

Hey this works, but the only bug I found was players still gain xp for hitting players so they can farm XP very quick
