M3ミサイルは、巡航高度を設定できないので、できる限り目標の上空から発射すれば、多少マシになります。
ただ、真上から発射すると制御がうまくいかないかもしれません。

ミサイル本体のマイコンの設定に、制御遅延(Control delay)という項目があります。その項目の値を増やせば上昇する高度が高くなります。

There is an item called Control delay in the settings of the missile's microcontroller. If you increase the value of that item, the altitude you climb will be higher.
