This is a bit late but I managed to fix the flickering. sorry it took so long.

The darkening is probably a directX problem that only Microsoft can address. Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do on my end.

But it`s go black at the end.Maybe you can try to modify it?

Temporarily close the control that makes the wallpaper flicker and issue a temporary patch, waiting for the developer to fix it before restoring it.

To Viola - The flickering might be a rare instance related to graphics card drivers or damaged app files. someone has already brought this up about this very wallpaper. Unfortunately, I don't think its a problem I can solve on my end. If you want to know more about the other instance, use the like to the discussion.
