@Grappa : Yep, I have to make some improvements on this locomotive so I'll probably add a remote track switcher.
I'm also thinking about release a fuel-burner edition of this garatt, much easier to fully automate and easier to maintain (burn diesel that can be found all around the map)

@Miller : Oh I didn't know theses ones, interesting garratts. Unfortunatly I don't think large steam wheels wil fit in such design, these are too big in the game, that's why I can only make some passenger express locomotives

I dont think you are looking for requests but how about one of the Rhodesia Railways classes? A 14a 15th or 20th class in game would be quite something! :steamhappy:

this is an amazing looking and working locomotive you made right there
I've been pretty much obsessed with it for hours now
also I gotta thank you for automating the boiler as much as possible so a numb nut like me can't blow it (still blew it once lol)
only thing I added for myself is a remote track change switch above the brake lever since I couldn't find any corresponding button or switch with that function anywhere
Definiteley a thumbs up tho

Oh ok the LNER U1 class is a very cool loco. I tried to made some garratt type 242-242 (australian style) locomotives but the "medium wheels" are just way too small for all of these engines :(
Thanks for your tips to improve my loco, I'll probably update the loco this week end.

thanks you very much for that. i have a U1 class that im looking to improve and wanted to compare dimension with this as mine is currently on medium wheel's. lovely loco you got here. i would suggest changing to pistons tho not turbine's 5 meduims are all you need to put anything.

I found all the useful informations about the dimensions of the loco on this pdf file :
http://users.fini.net/~bersano/francais-french/Misc-RGCF/garratt-algerienne.pdf

(I have to tell that I mainly adjust the size of the loco based on the stormworks big wheels so it's possible that it is not 100% accurate)

hey. love the size and look of you're loco's. i was wondering if you would be able to let me know where you get you're dimensions from?
