Yeah, that could be it: a modded biome causing unexpected behavior from Road Bridge. Tried a map with a minor highway in a modded biome and got concrete bridges.

I don't recall what biome gave me the wood bridge first time 'round, might have been a modded one that changes ground color and confused this mod. It's working otherwise.

So an update is required.
It's a minor mod, I think I will not update it before I start to play Rimworld again.

Okay, now I'm confused. Re-enabled, tried another map with a simple dirt road, and flagstone! I wonder why I got wood, prompting me to think this wasn't working, the first time.

I guess this is working - at least partially - in 1.6.

Enabled, highway: flagstone bridge.

Enabled, dirt road: wood bridge.

Disabled, highway: wood bridge.

So in 1.6 the highway use the flagstone bridge, the wood bridge or another one?

1.6 now has native flagstone bridges for flagstone roads but dirt roads have wooden bridges. Would be nice if this gets updated.
