Is the effect of the medication permanent?

I really love this idea! i hope you continue to update it! loved all the books!

What a cool RP mod. You could build a whole low-tech colony around this, especially once things like steel/iron is added. I love that most things are pretty straightforward to implement using base-game systems. Tin would increase sight/hearing by a huge amount, pewter would do something along the lines of Tough, and increase melee damage and carry capacity. Zinc/brass would improve social, etc. Even things like Feruchemy, Twinborn and Hemalurgy seem very doable. Very exciting :) I would love to play a colony with the goal of engineering a Lord Ruler to take over the Rim :P I'm making a little spreadsheet of ideas cause this got me interested in how I might implement it myself.
