@Cyberwolf I've have tested the no medical mod for ACE and i'm pretty sure it doesn't break anything. You may get an error message when launching the game, but from my experience, the mod has run perfectly fine with no issues.

LAGO Melee uses both CTRL and CAPS by default, u can unbind the keys as u use Webknight Melee

the only melee ik in the mod is lagos melee (which idk y we have anymore tbh) but thats key 4? wat melee is ctrl?

Hello! Is there anyway to disable the melee when pressing CTRL? There's the issue of accidental meleeing of friendlies so we tend to use Webknights melee instead.

its not a matter of reputation or credits, its a matter of we all have better things in life to do. Half of us go to school, some long hours at work. So with the very little time we do have to mod we spend it on high priority stuff

I think its like biofoam can heal everything decently well, but other bandages might be better, but its the only thing u can use for plamsa (that and medigel).

but biofoam in the unit rules u can only take like 15 where as other bandages u can like 30 or something to make it a balance trade off.

so the idea was for innies u take bandages and for covie ops u take biofoam.

Sounds fair and somewhat realistic. Figured I'd bring it up, since standard OPTRE permits bandages to patch up their plasma wounds, and wasnt sure if the opposite with this mod was intentional. 👍

i think it can, since im having the same issue in single player. plasma burns and cant use bandages on them.

Velocity can be patched up with bandages after trying to patch up the person with biofoam, but any plasma related wounds wont be able to be patched up with bandages.

so ur saying if left and right arm have each 1 plasma and say 1 velocity. if I use biofoam to heal plasma, I cant use elastic to heal the velocity?

I noticed an issue with this mod and ACE medical.

If a person receives multiple plasma burn wounds on separate limbs, using biofoam (from 1st MEU and/or OPTRE) will cause a glitch that prevents ACE bandages from being used on any other wound. Other medical items seem to work just fine, and you can actually use both biofoam and bandages on balistic wounds, but plasma burns seem to be the only source of issue.

Tried testing this without the 1st MEU mod active, and I don't have this issue.

Great mod though, look forward to seeing more of what you guys make. Hope you guys manage to fix this soon, as my boys like using saving the biofoam for MASSCAS situations, and letting the bandaids to all the heavy lifting.

I think the keys need updating as I am getting a warning on my server saying that this mod requires a key even though the key is on there.

@Devoted Sentry Animations I believe you are able to just unload ace and majority of the things will work, Not sure myself because Well, I use ace with it so ya know, 0 Clue. Some in the past have said you can so just give it a go

I saw that ace is in the dependencies section, is it possible at all to use this mod without that, or is that impossible? I ask because my friends don't want to do ace right now but this mod looks very nice for adding to my halo missions

u have to add the helmets manually to OPTRE options for the Mjolnir Hud

For whatever reason me and my friends noticed that the elite helmets do not allow you to turn on the Mjolnir HUD but the armour works fine with the helmets in OPTRE. Also, the elite armour was tuned up to extremes in terms of shield strength that I had to turn it down in the MEU options by default

After further testing, it seems to be a compatibility issue with the OPTRE balance mod.
