More Traits Enhancements and Bridge

The comment from @The True Pacman in the More Traits mod tickled something that has been in the back of my mind for a while: this mod isn't just a bridge mod anymore (if it ever was "just" a bridge mod). So, I've changed the title from "More Traits Bridge" to "More Traits Enhancements and Bridge" and reworked everything in the description. No changes to the mod itself at this time, just making things clearer.

Aha! So yours is the mod I got Sadistic from!

Was mostly ignoring this on my starting Templar - figured it would only cause problems on Retaliation, or by breaking concealment at an inconvenient time.

Well, we got saddled with a "Rescue the VIP" mission in the sewers...
This being my first attempt at Impossible, almost everyone was wounded or tired, so my friend Mycah the templar was essentially an auto-pick.

Blasted through the first pod or two, and was reloading and repositioning near the VIP in preparation for the gauntlet to come when Mycah suddenly gets an evil smile of glee on her face.
Murdered the poor VIP right then and there, before we'd even activated him! And we still had to face the gauntlet before evac.
Needless to say, the Commander assigned her to be an "even-more-frontline" force of hyper-aggression on the next mission, which led to her untimely (but hardly undeserved) death.

10/10 - Would play again
You can bet I won't be ignoring it on future soldiers!

Big change to the Sadistic trait just added: it now can cause your soldiers to attack civilians...

Updated. Now when changing the colors to be consistent, you have config options for yellow, red, purple, green, or cyan.

Traits are a little different. All the "Hunter of X" traits were built with yellow (eAbilitySource_Perk), but ultimately disabled in the release version. More Traits brought them back and made eAbilitySource_Perk the choice for other positive perks, creating a de facto standard that I continued here.

However, there is no reason we can't include a color option when using the replace option here...

There you go Stukov, the "Sadistic" trait (hunter of humans) has been added. I'm not going to put effort into the Advent version since you have an easy workaround. Enjoy!

That was basically my idea. I was thinking of creating an ability for all Advent that had a percentage chance of attaching the passive hunter ability (instead of the usual 100% chance for attaching a passive). A dark event sounds like a good idea too.

usually the trait comes with an ability ... i can easily attach an ability to advent via Advent Evolution and/or a Dark Event. So my hopes are still high :)

Interesting... Well, the XCom version should be pretty easy (I think), but the Advent version will be trickier. Advent don't get traits, so we'd have to mimic similar functionality using a different method. I have an idea for it, but I'm not sure it will work.

Do you mean to have soldiers do more damage to each other when one is mind controlled? Or do you mean for Advent to get the trait?

New icons and integration to the ADVENT Warlock mod have been added. There is also a way in the config file to make an icon change to any existing trait.

No problem! I actually did the text change by searching for "MOCX" in the template's strings and changing to "EXALT" or "SCUM". So in theory, if any other localization files get added, the EXALT/SCUM change should automatically work in the new language.

My original Hunter/Fear of Chryssalids icons had some small issues, so I poked at them until they became a lumpy mess. Fortunately, RustyDios had some he made "ages ago" and let me use them here.
