I know this mod only works for the ugly trait, but it would be nice to extend this effect to colonist with deformities. My two pawns with lasting scars both judge each other for their deformities.

Mess with the ugly genes? I doesn't touch their XML or anything like that, but it does extend the pawn-beauty boundaries.

Basically in vanilla each level of Beauty gives +/- 20 opinion max +40 or -40. I added 2 extra levels on top which gives only +5 each. And two at the bottom which gives only -10.

Mostly for flavour tbh.


I asked the modder about it and I think this is why it stops working but I don't know much about coding

I've added a priority annotation on one of the patches to try and load after other mods, that may make it work without requiring a specific load order?

I think I found it! At least for me after I added Big and Small - Simple Size Genes this mod stops working. Not sure if its that mod only or the framework but that seems to be the issue.

Works fine here, so its probably a mod conflict. HugsLib log is normally the easiest way to find out which mod

- updated to also remove the romance chance penalty between ugly pawns, which I think fits from an RP side. As with the social tweak there's no buff added to romance chances -- just no longer a 30% chance debuff

the problem is that one changes them in general, so it will not just affect cross ugly people, but everyone. I thought more of a "ugly people thing other ugly people are ugly too, but less than if they were normal themselves"

@ParasiticSquid Its based off the beauty stat -- mainly as thats how vanilla decides to apply the debuff
