1.12?
Starcomet1 Feb 25, 2023 @ 7:56am
Well it does seem it is easier to keep goods cheap when everything is government run. And since bureaucrats gets the share and not capitalist and aristocratic pigs, it helps with the SOL.
Starcomet1 Feb 24, 2023 @ 7:28pm
I honestly feel like bureaucrats should give 50% to the investment pool as under the other systems, the aristocrats and capitalist give more. I LOVE the idea of the bureaucrats running the economy but as of right now, I do not see what the benefit of implementing this law does.
Joe The Eskimo Feb 14, 2023 @ 6:11pm
This mod does that? Damn, really wish that was fixed.
Amik212 Feb 14, 2023 @ 5:14am
Overall the mod is great. However there is 1 issue. The mod removes the "automatic irrigation" production method for rubber plantations significantly reducing the rubber supply. Would be awesome if you could put this production method back.:steamhappy:
Joe The Eskimo Feb 9, 2023 @ 8:06pm
If it's not showing up in your laws, put the mod all the way at the bottom of your load order. I found that helps.

Btw, how do I enact centrally planned economy? I can't seem to get anyone to support it.
Socialist_Bismarck Feb 1, 2023 @ 7:12pm
is there a way to get interest groups to choose to support this over normal command economy?
Rhetoric Jan 20, 2023 @ 8:12am
idk if its a bug but bureaucratic command economy still forces subsidies for me
Lucifer Jan 15, 2023 @ 1:47pm
This is a mod that should of been placed in the base game from the start. I am in love with this mod.
The Naturat  [author] Dec 26, 2022 @ 12:50pm
@onyx

In Centrally Planned Economy all profits are transferred to the state budget so no investment pool is needed. If you have accrued investment pool before the enactment of the Centrally Planned Economy it cannot be used any longer.

However, if you have Bureaucratic Command Economy you will have investment pool.

@Darth Ginny

The mod has been uploaded to the 1.1.2 version of the game.
onyx Dec 19, 2022 @ 2:36pm
love the mod, but is central planning supposed to have zero investment pool usage? my investment pool isnt being used toward any construction
Darth Ginny Dec 19, 2022 @ 10:47am
any plans to update?
TurtleShroom Dec 17, 2022 @ 3:15pm
Why isn't this in the base game?!
Hah-Tsé Dec 7, 2022 @ 10:59am
Using 1.1 the Centrally Planned Economy doesn't show up in my list of laws.
The Naturat  [author] Nov 24, 2022 @ 10:30am
@Ladon]

Mod has been updated to the 1.0.6 version.
udkudk Nov 22, 2022 @ 11:26am
@Ladon, mod works in 1.06 with no problems.
Ladon Nov 22, 2022 @ 10:56am
Will you update this for 1.06?
udkudk Nov 15, 2022 @ 11:43am
Generally speaking, if you only use Bureaucratic Command Economy, you won't encounter any problems because it's name in files is same as vanilla. But mods that checks if you are using which economic model and you use Centrally Planned Economy, then you start to encounter problems.
udkudk Nov 15, 2022 @ 11:41am
Automated Railways mod is incompatible because it only accounts for Bureaucratic Command Economy (because no name change accurred) but it doesn't account Centrally Planned Economy.
Probably Better Automation mods are like that as well.
Maciek  [author] Nov 15, 2022 @ 9:23am
@JC_von_Preussen
The mod does not change any values related to support of Woman suffrage or any other law in general besides Centrally Planned Economy.

We will add Improve Automation compatibility patch soon.
JC_von_Preussen Nov 14, 2022 @ 1:26pm
Is this possible this mod has changed some values in my game ? Woman suffrage is not pushed by any groups in my game... Could be another mod tho...
The Naturat  [author] Nov 13, 2022 @ 1:45pm
@udkudk Could you please let me know which mods are you referring to?
udkudk Nov 13, 2022 @ 7:19am
Good mod, but Centrally Planned Economy really makes it incompatible with lots of mods. It would've been better to just don't add Centrally Planned Economy and add those to Bureaucratic Command Economy
JC_von_Preussen Nov 11, 2022 @ 4:54am
Any plans on creating a compatibility with Improve Automation mod ? I mean, we would need a new "Game rule" for the Centrally Planned Economy.
JC_von_Preussen Nov 11, 2022 @ 4:51am
Thank you so much for this mod. I havent tried it yet, as installing it for my 1910 soviet save does not enable Centrally Planned economy. Starting an new game show it tho. Guess for the moment I'll have to roll back to capitalism for this run before trying out your creation.
On a side note, I really dont get how Paradox did not came up with the same set of ideas as yours. Replacing capitalists with bureaucrats FINE, but how come they do not spend in the econmic pool ??? DLC ?
The Naturat  [author] Nov 6, 2022 @ 9:37am
@Cloak&Dagger Unfortunately, Government run will not work as this mod introduces changes in similar area. Please let me know which other mods create compatibility issues. Please also note that now Bureaucratic Command Economy gives 20% of Investment pool contribution from Bureaucrats.

@LegionnaireRadio Yes, it should work just fine as this mod does not implement any changes to AI.
Khaya Ashur Nov 6, 2022 @ 7:22am
Does this work with Anbeelds mod?
OLulaqueoPTtemmedo Nov 5, 2022 @ 5:11pm
Socialism is based.

Cloak&Dagger Nov 5, 2022 @ 11:08am
I like this mod but am running into compatibility issues with other mods, especially government run profit and such.

I'd love to use this mod if you could improve compatibility.
QOMRADEQUEER Nov 4, 2022 @ 6:43pm
Thank you, comrade!
剑气长存 Nov 3, 2022 @ 7:30am
做的好啊 爱来自新CN:steamthumbsup:
Maciek  [author] Nov 3, 2022 @ 3:29am
The mod has been updated to the current version of the game. It should be working fine.
If you still have any problems try unsubscribing and subscribing again to make sure you have newest version of the mod.
会打分的疍糕 Nov 3, 2022 @ 12:45am
i dont sure is working or not
VitroxDK Nov 2, 2022 @ 10:30am
Mod not working for me :-( centrally planned economy does not appear as an option under economic system laws.
The Naturat  [author] Nov 2, 2022 @ 5:16am
@Kascark Yes, it does disable workers cooperative. However, workers cooperative is available if you enact Bureaucratic Command Economy.

@Loudladdy IGs will support Centrally Planned Economy if they approve this law more than your current policy. However, I've made some updates how IGs support this law and now it should be easier to enact it. Now if Trade Unions support Bureacratic Command Economy, they will support Centrally Planned Economy too.
Loudladdy Nov 1, 2022 @ 11:26pm
how can i actually get centrally planned economy? the trade unions don't want it, only bureaucratic
Kascark Nov 1, 2022 @ 9:25pm
does this mod disable worker run for centrally planned economy?
The Naturat  [author] Nov 1, 2022 @ 9:51am
Thank you for pointing that out. I've uploaded fixes.
WhiteDragon25 Nov 1, 2022 @ 7:31am
Minor little error with the description text of the policy within the game: 'Bureaucracy' and 'Bureaucratic' are misspelled. Might want to correct that.
The Naturat  [author] Nov 1, 2022 @ 6:13am
Good luck with you next try !
Lulu Nov 1, 2022 @ 4:43am
I think I just give too much wellfare and any factory becomes unprofitable, which is why my economy dies when I'm forced to subsidise everything, I'll just be careful, thank you
The Naturat  [author] Oct 31, 2022 @ 4:57pm
@Lulu Mod version of Command Economy (i.e. Centrally Planned Economy) should be much more powerful than vanilla one as all profits goes to the budget and not to Bureaucrats.

Do you have Bureaucracy surplus after enacting Centrally Planned Economy? Because policy increases Bureaucracy Cost Population Modifier so you have to prepare in advance. It’s also good idea to have fully staffed businesses before adopting that policy to avoid incurring heavy costs of Subsidies.
Lulu Oct 31, 2022 @ 4:28pm
I get it, but having it obligatory just end my run any time I tried it, I'll try your alternate one !
The Naturat  [author] Oct 31, 2022 @ 4:25pm
@Lulu Glad you enjoy it.

Our idea was to simulate system in which all profits and also costs are covered by the state budget and mandate Subsidies allow to do that. Without Subsidies industries would reduce employment in case of losses which communist states avoid since they aim to maintain full employment.
Lulu Oct 31, 2022 @ 3:58pm
Great mod but why keeping mandated subsidies ?
Chairman of Curses Oct 31, 2022 @ 3:35pm
GOAT. When I saw command economy for the first time in this game I was soooo disappointed. Like if you had years to make this game why is it STILL this lacking in understanding of basic socialist economics.
The Naturat  [author] Oct 31, 2022 @ 2:16pm
We have kept old Command Economy (Bureaucratic Command Economy currently) because giving freedom of choice to the player seems honest. We have changed a bit Bureaucratic Command Economy though (Subsidies are not required).
Xaelyn Oct 31, 2022 @ 8:58am
Why leave the old one in though? Who would want to use it?
