I've got most of the suggested mods for loot but its just boxes of toys and some crafting materials, am i missing something?

And in Day 76 of our world with an erosion mod, it's so awesome too seeing it overgrown and everything. It makes the atmosphere so good.

this mod is really cool man, i've used it a few years ago in one zomboid playthrough with mates, and I'm using it again in 2025 with a new group of friends now and fully exploring it for the first time and discovering so many things (the holy grail oooo) that we never saw before. And taking so many cool props back home! It's so good.

Legendary map. Looking forward to seeing future updates. Hosted a pvp event on my server where raiders and players looted the museum and took all the decorations!

There aren't b42 map tools out yet, so I'm not even able to start the update process. But once they are I will try and do so :spiffo:

i fully understand b42's mapping tools aren't even out yet and any update is unlikely to happen for quite a while! that said, i'd like to express that i really love this map and hope it gets updated for the new map system someday. it's incredibly unique with a lot of charm, neat stuff to find, and cool setpieces. i think whenever i've played zomboid multiplayer i've made everybody roadtrip out to go have a fun day at the museum lmao

Are the map tiles for this in a separate tilepack (like the dinosaur) or is it strictly in the map mod itself? It's a great tilepack and I'd love to utilize it if I could

Yes, those mods will work how they usually do, just the museum will have a high chance of spawning those items.

I think the samurai one is very low spawn generally in the world

Will installing the addons make those weapons spawn in other places too? I don't really want to find a samurai outfit or ninja in the middle of Riverside. Not sure if there is a way to adjust the spawn for them or not? Thanks

Is the Union apparel in there by default? i mean a wearable version of it.

The museum was uploaded a long time before Springwood. It’s very complicated to moves map cell locations. Just choose one and change it up for different playthroughs

Small Update-

-Have removed EN Flags as a requirement for this mod as suggested by Zodd.
-Have removed the distribution changes to other mods. As pointed out by UdderlyEvelyn. Hope this has resolved that issue.

I'm using this mod but have to remove the requirement for Flag Tiles, because I cant add it to a collection and it causes errors. maybe its just me.

This mod disables all weapons spawning in zombies (e.g., katana in chest, etc.). Line 197 of MexicanMeleeAncientWeapons_Distributions.lua sets the chance to zero. This is for *all mods and vanilla* so if this is later in the list than other mods that set this value you will have none spawn.. It would appear you were trying to zero out the chances on everything, not sure why as you could just omit the file to not be adding them to the zombies.

This is specifically for our own manageability, reduced workshop update restarts, version control, and server longevity between wipes. @darian please explain what doesn’t work? The mod hasn’t been updated and nothing has changed so not sure why you are saying it’s broken.

@sowilo the loot distributions are optional, so it won’t affect your game. It’ll just have an error message. I’ll fix this, but the museum will currently works fine even with the error message.

Can confirm the altered loot distributions don't work. If it'd be possible to fix them for the optional mods sometime, that would be amazing!
