@TesaVonAtti in country definitions I changed "tier = kingdom" to "tier = empire"
Would you consider making a mod adding the decision to have france adopt Napoleon III as their monarch?
Conservadores.
4. Somehow implementing a choice between Indigenismo, Mestizaje, and European supremacy, possibly changing the accepted cultures. My thinking here is in regards to how José Vasconcelos was appointed to lead UNAM, and how his work heavily shaped the idea of Mexico as one people made up of a fusion of cultures, as opposed to one divided into several ethnic groups.
It's not impossible a government with different politics could have appointed intellectuals with different ideas instead, who were enamored with Spain, or wanted to proclaim Mexico as an "indigenous republic".
"Let me know if you have any more ideas or suggestions for Mexico. Spanish localization included."
Some late 1800s and early 1900s thoughts, mostly around the radical and labor movement because that's what I've studied more:
1. Magonista rebellion event in 1911 in Tijuana. Maybe give the option to "let them go" where they will get Baja California with an Anarchist government, or "Crush them" which will launch a civil war.
2. Plotino Rhadokanaty as potential faction leader. Mormon, Anarchist ideology. (Mormon colonist events and tensions with them could be its own series of events tbh)

* Technically self promotion, since this is my own historical article on the guy.
