Or you can just create an option to keep the romance attempt chances the same, but still allow the player to use the romance button

CK3 lol. anyway can you create an option to edit the modifiers for incest romance attempt chances (Plus whatever degree; 1st degree 2 degree etc)? This way, you as the player can decide wether or not you want certain people in an incestous relationship. This makes incest more manual and prevents some... weird stuff from happening.

Thank you for this - I'm running a bit of a generation colony with 200% aging, and I found that everyone by generation 6 or so are "kin" - even pawns who had ONE common ancestor 6 generations back... Historically speaking no one tracked their family lines this far in a regular village...

I found an issue with "genderbending corrupted obelisk mod." It adds new relation with is considred family "Duplicate" and its still considered incestious regardless of this mod, and doesnt allow for romance between duplicates. If you can fix it please.

Suggestion:
This actually would be imo better if it was tied to a trait.
That way you won't get your whole family hooking up and it's just chance/assignable per pawn.

@Itsuko i dont see any clue in the log, but with the amount of mods you've got who knows which one is possibly conflicting with mine, although tbh my mod is fairly small, and it's just a patch, so idk how to help you sorry other than suggesting trying it with a few mods enabled at a time until you find the one that conflicts, also try sorting them based on rimpy.

@LowFPSman the options are not located in mod options, but in "Mod settings for XML extensions" which is the plus button next to the Mod Options button (aka https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2574315206)

don't know if the log has what you need, but the two colonists are together cause i used character editor.

so, it most likely is a mod conflic. i just tested without a metric ass ton of mods i use(most shouldn't be a problem. i'll get the error logs for the colony i'm having the issue on.

@Itsuko cool thanks let's see the errors, and also can you try disabling all your other mods except for this one and then check if romancing them is still impossible? This way we can rule out mod conflict.

it says cannot romance because they're blood related.

@Itsuko What did not work? When you click on the romance button, what does it say? Is the option to romance them disabled? Non existant? With what message? Any error log? Pls share more info on what doesn't work as it's the first person who's mentioned it not working after the update. It might also be a mod conflict with that forbidden mod but i need more information.

small issue i've been having since the 1.5 update. it just doesn't work, had a mother and daughter, both gay, both at 100 and living alone for 3 years, i am running the mod that must not be named so they can have kids, eventually just went and debug menu made them lovers.

Finally find the mod like this! I love it so much! It is the only cure for the Sis-kon(someone usually old brother wishes fall in love with their own younger sister) people like me. Watching brother and sister in my colony makes a forbidden love in front of their own parents, it makes me feeling so intensive and satisfying.

@Sithdmiral Hmm i haven't changed anything to that regard in my mod, so I'm not sure what might be the root cause of your issue. Maybe try setting your ideoligion to "Physical love (free and approved)? Are you sure both pawns have the same ideology that allows sharing a bed?

@cosmicpintobean In vanilla, there is always a (very low|) chance to get spontaneous incest relationships, but having said that, my mod does not make it more common. It just makes it possible for you to intentionally romance pawns by clicking on the "romance" button. So basically you can try to romance the cousins and just don't romance the parent/child if you don't want that.

Will they spontaneously get into incestuous relationships? I just want cousins to be able to have kids. I do not want parent/child combos

I may have an issue. Recently, I had a father/daughter combo become lovers and want to share a bed, but my ideoligion forbids it. I have it set to physical love 'free' but I don't know of any other setting. Anyone know how I can get them to share a bed so they don't have that -4 for sleeping alone?

As always, my daughter is more attractive than other people's daughters.
