CA changed again something that makes it not working, and an update is required, but I'm not sure the tool I used is itself updated to support the change yet.

It's planned. But before adding banners for regional units, I need units to be regionalized. So the plan is to extend the regional system to all the other races, and in parallel to add banners to races already done,but at a slower pace.
