Fixed animation ID (old bug, introduced when CA added new animations, with wrong animations displayed some time)

Compatibility with version 3.0, and animation modifications to get standard bearers holding their banner more straight.
- fixed wrong animations displayed some time after Chaos Dwarves DLC
- removed "shield up" animations for standard bearers
- removed "charge" animations for infanty standard bearers
- modified "run" and "charge" animations for cavalry standard bearers
