@Z0ctb0x I'm not aware of any update breaking the mod
Please note that if you enable it, all docks will need a rail connection to function.
Reapy will no longer be unable to move after being built.
I've also added options to allow Reapy to pickup seeds and salt.
(He still won't get any by harvesting tho)
Saving & loading should make it navigate normally.
I can try if I can tweak it a little when I have the time.
The seed thingy sounds like a good idea to have.
After that's out, I can try to look into it.
The other bug is not irritating. Reloading is done quick and you don't need to do it that often.
What I also noticed is that the Reapy itself is made by Steel while I selected Iron for the station.
There is one bug that I couldn't fix yet that gives Reapy trouble navigating. And yes, that one is fixed by reloading your save.
If it's the former, I'll try to look into it.
I use it with the Frosty DLC with the Alveo Vera plants. About a third of the harvests don't succeed and Reapy just drives to next plant. On the way back it will try the plant again. and it will succeed (or not 😁). Maybe there is a small bug there, or is that normal behaviour?
The reloading must be done after you have extended your farm. The reapy sort of only calculates it's path when the game is loaded.
You wanted a mod that does something else?
But that doesn't mean this one doesn't work, does it?
But other than that, this mod should be working as intended. Had no crashes when I started just now and my Reapys harvested like they should.
There should be no problem with the temperatur, unless it's hot enough to melt the metal that he's made of.
Maybe it's the bug that a new Reapy has problems moving over tiles?
That one is usually fixed by reloading.
I sadly can't find the reason for that bug to happen in first place, but at least reloading the save should fix it.
I've got him working on multiple farms, and they work fine, but I've just set up a Sleetwheat farm, running it at just below zero, and reapy just gets stuck, stops in one spot and just hops until his battery runs out, a dupe picks him up and takes him back to his dock, and it starts again and get stuck.
I've destroyed the dock a number of times, but it just keeps happening - anyone with any ideas?
As work around for now, you could forbid manual harvest by dupes.
Or just lock the plants in, you can enable the solid output on the dock to get items out of the room.
