That's really wierd if it's related to this mod, it has nothing to do with campaign. I heard there is bug that causes crash when Sylvania takes region with your Garden in it. But that was supposed to be fixed with last hotfix.

hey, im getting a weird crash turn as Elspeth on turn 10, only when its time for AI Sylvania to do its thing. No other mods installed, other than this and the main smoke mod. not sure if it is present on other campaigns but it is always present on Elspeth. it does not happen when I only use the main mod

Yeah, my bad, forgot to set the VGX to ultra. Works like a charm now, makes the game waaay more immersive. I just hope that you continue to add smoke effects to alle gunpowder units in the future.

Ehm, this is just Smoke fix mod. The effect mod is Guns & Smoke & Spectacle.
Also I got false reports because Heirs of sigmar have bugged campaign handgunners.

It's works fine. If you use my smoke mods you need to play on Ultra VFX settings.

It doesn't break atmosphere, my friend told me that on description the mod sounds a bit scary, but he said to me that the difference isn't that big.

Trust me, if there was another way I would do it already. I am just happy I found silution at all, otherwise I wouldn't even bother with my smoke mods.

the transparency fix seems to no longer work or at least it has been affected in some way by updates. loading just these two mods and testing battles in campaign results in the increased amount of smoke and bullet trails are different, however the smoke is almost entirely transparent, completely unable to get an obscured unit of handgunners as shown in the screenshots.

It works like this.

If you use "Guns, smoke and spectacle" mod and you don't use "Ultimate Lighting", you need "Transparency Fix".

If you use "Guns, smoke and spectacle" mod with "Ultimate Lighting", you don't need Transparency Fix.

Just looking for clarity. What exactly is this fixing? Is it absolutely needed for the base mod? Cause word is this fix does not work with ultimate lighting, which is also an essential mod, like yours.

@Mazinsky Yep, that how it should work. I wonder if devs will fix the issue with next big patch. We'll see.
Luckilly the default one isn't an issue, otherwise I wouldn't even need to bother with my smoke mod since it would look terrible.
