They are not noticeable right away, you kind of have to look harder.
I think having Clan and Feudal shape more distinct from each other could help the eye spot it more.

Do the mod needs an update after the CK3 hotfix ?

You'll have to see with them, there's really nothing related to artifacts in the mod so I wouldn't even know where to begin to be honest.
I found no problem with the three lions design itself but the devs introduced another problem by linking Normandy with them so that may be related. So possibly fixed I can't guarantee. Wish they would stop putting those links beetwen dynasties & titles in the script, that's a really bad way to do this (and awful to fix with a cascade of problems on modders' end).
