You can actually do that design quite easily by using a per pale pattern (a simple vertical split) then choosing a pale as your only charge overall (may have to tweak its x size a little bit to be exactly one third). I'll eventually add a simple pattern for doing it in one step though.

Will have to remember to add one next time I add new charges. I'm still trying to adress the content from the update right now so not sure when that will be (I like to do them in batches)
Still not sure how I will handle the rest of the banners but I'd also like to keep the rounded pendants gonfanon. It's just that I need to have enough free time ahead of me to plan & tackle those (not easy to restart in the middle of the rendering steps for those).
