Is it possible to change conditions so that books can be granted if an ally holds the settlement.
Dont want to have to fight the dwarves for Karak 8 peaks if I have a military alliance with them

선제후 병종 풀리는 메커니즘이 완전 별개라 어렵습니다. 칼프란츠나 겔트는 병종에 보너스 스탯 주는 식으로 개선하는게 맞다고 생각합니다.
