so i looked up the name on steam i got at least 312 pages total of people on steam that go by the WLOP allias. :O so many.

I immediately recognized WLOP's astounding art. And these two lovely ladies do in fact resemble the Sisters.

The original idea was to make them face away from each other, the problem with that is that the unit portrait gets narrowed on the battle preview screen and there is no way around that, which cuts and hides their faces, so, that's why they're looking at each other instead, so that their faces are at the center and stay visible.
