Probably something on your end unfortunately. Usually either change mod load order, disable other mods or re-subscribe. Hope that helps!
However, they're not as effective at using these changed buildings as the player would be, as their behavior isn't modified and they won't prefer them in comparison to other skaven buildings.
I've tested it right now with only this mod enabled and it's working splendidly. I don't know what to tell you, maybe you need to reinstall your game but usually it's human error. Please double check the mod description so you're aware of what it actually does.
