震旦已经有了，矮人最大的问题还是体型；换个女性脸并加个奶子是非常容易的事情，从我个人的角度来说，腰臀比，身型曲线这类的修改是不容忽视的，以及在改完了仍能保证原有兵牌的可识别度——这是最基本的原则，如果修改后的兵牌不能体现部队的定位，需要玩家重新辨认，增添学习成本，那么改得再色，也是失败的。
这一点我在做混勇的单位兵牌时就意识到了，诸如矮人，这种又短又宽的体型，无论如何都是无法在不变动原有兵牌大体色块和轮廓的情况下，填进去一个好看的女性形象的（还有胡子确实也是个矮人的重要特色），在其他游戏里比如说lol的约德尔人，黑*兽*里的矮子萝莉，其实都只保留了矮，但不够宽

我们需要矮人和震旦，尤其是矮人那些大胡子和矮小的体形看着难受，如果是小萝莉另当别论，可惜他们是大佬爷们。

Nice, the inpaint masks do indeed seem usefull. I'm having fun today with image to image conversion with empire units/lords but some results are really funny/annyoing :D Reiksguard is giving me a headache. Every result s*cks

@Elchardus image to image mostly, with inpaint masks on some outstanding features such as shield, corssbow, etc.

Did use text based search or image to image conversion? I'm really curious how you made your unit cards look so much like the original :D

How did you get the models so accurate I attempted to use Novel Ai myself but it usually ends up being a blurry mess? Any prompts/strategies you could possibly share?
